We do not accept returns or give refunds for change of mind. Every item is packed with love, and as a small independent shop we cannot take pieces back once they are yours.
The exceptions we always honor
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, or if your order never arrives at all, we will always make it right with a replacement or a full refund. That is our promise, and it sits above the rule above it.
How to reach us about a problem
Please write to us within 14 days of delivery through the Contact page on this website, and include your order number. For anything damaged, a photo helps us fix it faster. We read every message ourselves and we will take care of you.
Masterclass sessions
Life happens. You may reschedule your session one time at no charge when you let us know at least 24 hours ahead. Sessions that have already taken place cannot be refunded. If Vaja ever has to cancel your session, you may choose a new date or a full refund.
